"I've been to Nobles a lot over the years, always a great choice when you want something special, so fascinated to see Paul and Debbie have decided to change their focus and go for a 'cut and grill' offer. Delighted to find the quality of the food and the warmth of the welcome a great as ever. As it was first time for the new menu all three of us decided to cut to the chase and go for a burger, with various toppings (cheese, bacon, blue cheese etc). Cooked to perfection, full of flavour and Paul is still showcasing local ethically produced ingredients. The decor is bright, quirky and warm and Debbie continues to offer an equally warm welcome! The menu is cleverly put together to allow you to construct your ideal combinations and I appreciated the healthy options, with naked burgers, salads, new potatoes and sweet potato chips as well as the traditional chips, brioche buns, onion rings and so on. All this and a delicious signature cocktail to start us off - couldn't be better. We will definitely be going back until we've fully explored the menu! "
